    How we’ll work with you

    At the start of our strategic planning consulting process for consumer product and service companies, our Group’s Senior Partners will meet with your senior management to define your company’s strategic assets, their management vision and mission.

    Our strategic planning consulting team will then help you conduct an in-depth analysis of your organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). This will become the central core of your entire planning process.

    After completing the analysis and confirming “where you want to be,” we’ll jointly set objectives and measurable strategies. Good strategic planning requires that you establish timelines and responsibilities to achieve each goal that will be set.

    With inputs and consensus of all your key management members, our Strategic Planning Consulting team will jointly help you write your strategic plan; a working document that must be easy to understand and implement at all levels of your organization.

    Going forward, and as part of our strategic planning consulting process, your plan is reviewed annually against each objective and updated. This process may take several days or even weeks depending upon your commitment to the process.
